Experience Institute is a year-long, higher education program based on real-world experiences. The curriculum is comprised of five core competencies - Community Building, Self Awareness, Storytelling, Operations, and Design Thinking - and centered around three terms consisting of meetups and apprenticeships.

As one of the five Founding Students, I helped establish the program while participating as a student. During my year, I worked as an associate project manager for Doejo, a Chicago-based creative agency, designed sound art/architecture installations with NBBJ in Seattle, formulated creative strategy for ad agency Leo Burnett, and collaborated with architecture firm Latent Design and arts agency Curmudgeon Group on a public storytelling art installation. I also lead design thinking workshops with Threadless and Leo Burnett.
